Professional Members
Professional Membership is most appropriate for
- individual SEOs and SEMs
- web developers
- marketing personnel
- website owners who are strongly affected by search engines and wish to have a voice in the industry and the best information available.
You can also sign up at this level if you are an employee of a company, but do not require the additional benefits of the Corporate Level.
Benefits include
- full access to member-only resources
- 1 membership card
- the ability to vote
- guest membership
- opportunities at other SMAs

Corporate Members
Corporate Membership is most appropriate to
- corporations
- government or non-profit organizations
- educational institutes
- other multi-person entities interested in or affected by search engine marketing.
Benefits include:
- full access to all member areas
- 5 membership cards (send up to 5 people to an SMA conference or event)
